The ideal candidate is a successful sales professional that wants to be a key part of an established sales and marketing team. Experience with outside sales in manufacturing or distribution channel sales is desired. Self-drive and success, combined with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, proficient computer skills, and a desire to learn will be key.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with our network of dealers.
• Identify prospect needs and present appropriate solutions to grow dealer base.
• Successful at consultative selling using industry leading value proposition and tools to increase dealer partners sales volume.
• Apply risk management protocols to ensure the company and its assets are protected.
• Record activities and market knowledge to grow sales data and drive new offerings.
• Remain knowledgeable of Pineview Buildings products, program and service offerings and requirements
• Exhibit knowledge and understanding of policies/procedures and the ability to determine course of actions based on given guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits: This position has a floor salary and a bonus program that has unlimited and uncapped monthly bonus potential. Benefits include health insurance, vacation benefits and paid holidays.

Requirements: Sales experience combined with the professional acumen and self-motivation. The need to succeed. You must have a clean driving record and pass a background screening. Compensation & Benefits: This position has a floor salary and a bonus program that has unlimited and uncapped monthly bonus potential. This is a 1099 contracted role and does not include benefits.

Hybrid Position- 50% Travel, Work from home, and on-site for meetings and events periodically
